Role and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Site Facilitator provides site coordination, communications with site personnel and local consortium school districts. In addition, the Site Facilitator provides record keeping functions at site as needed and promotes a positive impression of META and consortium organizations.
This position will report to META’s Piketon office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week as schedules permit.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide on-site operational coordination
- Serve as on-site liaison and facilitator between the service area staff and the owners/members, and directly collaborate with the staff and schools in the on-site achievement of the META’s goals and objectives
- Maintain scheduling of all site resources including conference rooms and training labs
- Assist staff as needed with posting their schedules and events
- Maintain relationships with site service and maintenance vendors
- Maintain the META vehicle log and associated documents
- Coordinate service calls as needed
- Order and maintain office and janitorial supplies as needed
- Facilitate inventory removal according to META’s procedures and tag and maintain new inventory
- Direct local inquiries and questions to appropriate site or service area staff
- Activate and deactivate security badges
- Create security logs using security company account
- Assist departments with various projects on a regular and annual basis
- Organize META site staff parties and events
- Maintain a clean office by vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash
- Perform other primary job duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of META’s organization and policies
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction from several staff members and prioritize tasks fairly and efficiently
- Willingness to undergo background checks including BCI and FBI
