Experienced traveling DREDGE, RECESSED CHAMBER FILTER PRESS & BELT PRESS Operators needed ASAP!

Immediate need for an Experienced traveling DREDGE, RECESSED CHAMBER FILTER PRESS & BELT PRESS Operators needed ASAP! that can operate or can be trained to operate various dredges, belt & filter presses, and pumps.
BASE PAY RATE starts between $21.00hr. and $27.00hr. depending on your experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST possess a valid driver’s license and:
- Must have 6 points or less.
- May not have more than 5 moving violations (Seat belt violations included) in the past 3 years.
- If your 19 or younger, you cannot have had 3 speeding tickets in the past 3 years.
- No DUI/OMVI's in the past 2 years
- No reckless operations in the past 2 years
Must pass a non-DOT drug & BAT (Breath Alcohol Test) screen and fitness for physical duty (required)
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all climates while operating equipment.
Have a willingness to work as/with a team and work OT (overtime) as needed.
Must be able to perform physical labor to secure and load/unload the truck as needed.
Must be willing to learn how to operate in, etc.
Must be willing to assist other employees in the operations, including light to moderate manual labor, when/if and as needed.
Advanced mechanical skills are highly preferred but not required, additional equipment-specific training will be provided.
Primarily a day shift position, however, applicants must be willing to work extended hours; nights, weekends, and holidays when/as needed.
Must be willing to work a minimum of 3 weeks out of town (conditions apply).

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, water trucks, backhoes, bulldozers, front loader trucks, and dump trucks.
- Perform digging tasks and assist in site preparation as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise and report any significant concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
- Experience operating loaders, water trucks, backhoes, bulldozers, front loader trucks, and dump trucks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and mindfulness.
