Assistant Project Manager
Commercial glazing firm seeking candidates for the role of Assistant Project Manager
This role will provide support to Project Managers on commercial glass projects by accomplishing the following tasks :
- Attend pre-award, kick-off, and progress meetings as required
- Prepare product submittals
- Prepare admin submittals such as Insurance Certificates, W9s, Bonds, and other required documents
- Acquire and ship / deliver material samples
- Maintain project logs including Change Orders, RFIs, Badging, Safety, and Compliance Documents
- Assist with material procurement
- Maintain orderly project files including order acknowledgements, shipping confirmations, and invoices
- Upload drawings to keep project plans current
- Prepare project closeout documents such as warranties and O&M manuals
Pay scale of $40,000 - $60,000 is based on qualifications, including aptitude tests, education, work experience, and references.

Ideal applicants will have trade specific work history (field or admin), a working knowledge of construction compliance processes, and be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have either construction trade experience, or equivalent secondary education in construction management.
