This is a Part-Time, Non-Civil Service position with Metropolitan Action Commission (MAC). This position will work under the direct supervision of the Head Start Transportation Manager and the general supervision of the Executive Director.***Extensive Background Checks and random drug tests are performed on applicants for this position with MAC. Part-Time Work Shifts: Monday - Friday6:45am - 10:45amor11:30am - 3:30pm
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Drive for the Metropolitan Action Commission's Head Start programPerform basic maintenance on vehicles as neededDeliver meals to assigned centersAct as a bus monitor when neededTransport children, parents, staff and equipment in a safe and efficient mannerProvide a daily checklist (pre & post inspection) and observe all cleaning schedulesObserve loading and unloading bus proceduresSubmit a legible Inspection sheet, weeklyAttend meetings and completes required trainingDemonstrate work habits that comply with agency personnel policy and proceduresComplete special assignments in a timely mannerEnsure that children are never left without an adult presentAssist with other job related duties as requested by your supervisor
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
