Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Associate of Investor Relations with a desire to learn and grow. This role will be instrumental in assisting the Capital Markets team in managing, maintaining, and adding new investor relationships, while contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate possesses a keen interest in finance, real estate, and investing, coupled with experience in business development.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential investment partnerships and conducting market research.
- Financial Understanding: Ability to understand Private Investments, Public Investments and how investors use them in their portfolios. Ability to learn, analyze and understand Real Estate proformas, expected returns, Private Investment documents, and other information related to Private Real Estate investing and communicate key findings to investors. Prepare investor presentations and reports.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with investors, including regular updates, meetings by phone, video, and in person.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and understand financial markets, investment principles, and real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in business development or a related field is preferred.
- Must have a passion for the real estate or finance industry.
