Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager with the preparation and updating of the construction schedule and weekly look ahead schedules. The APM will be responsible for participating in and assisting with implementation of the on-site safety program. This may include documenting and reporting of safety violations.
The APM will also assist the Project Manager with the buy-out and procurement of all trades and materials necessary for the project. Additionally, they will be responsible for submitting, managing, and closing out all RFI's and Submittals.
The APM will support the project team during the Punchout process and may be required to create and manage punch lists. They will review submittals and shop drawings with the Construction Manager.
