MMC's Project Managers differentiate themselves and MMC through excellent project execution. They own their personal development and create strong relationships with our customers. They will eventually sell the majority of their own work. Their skill level allows them to be effective partners to Assistant Project Managers and Sr Project Managers.
Essential Tasks for a Project Manager include :
Estimating
- Estimating projects for all three trades (Plumbing, Pipefitting, and Sheetmetal)
- Teaching and partnering and mentoring Assistant Project Managers in change order estimating
- Proactively assist the MMC team with completing estimates
Managing Labor
