The CHRO will lead and coach the team responsible for the full range of human resources functions including, but not limited to : Recruitment and selection (classified and unclassified positions)Workforce planning and designEmployee and labor relationsPerformance managementCompensation and benefits administrationClassification as delegatedStaffingTraining and developmentSuccession planningWorkers’ compensation / safetyPayrollThe CHRO assists in processing and resolving all employment disputes, internal and external. The Director serves as a representative of the university to various external entities on matters related to employment.
