Compensation: Salary Range:
Mechanical Engineering I: $87,701- $110,444
Mechanical Engineering II: $104,266 - $125,964
Mechanical Engineering Ill: $116,636 - $137,501
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include preparation, review and comment on contract documents, coordinate and liaising with DOS, MTA C&D, internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of project management (RFI’s, AWO’s, inspections, testing, submittals, O&M manuals, training, warranty claims, invoices etc.)
- Review drawings, project documentation and monitor project status.
- Identify project issues and risks and ensure timely resolution and mitigation. Recommend solutions to management for the resolution of critical issues.
- Work on projects to support Division and/or unit data analysis request.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the implementation of the design and construction of In-House projects of moderate size and complexity.
- Assist in developing report and dashboards using Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent decision-making, written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Project management.
- Ability to work and deliver under demanding timelines.
- Strong understanding of engineering systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and other data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI/Tableau).
