EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Under the supervision and direction of the Principal – Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst will ensure implementation and monitoring of agency-wide compliance programs: Assist with the administration of agency-wide compliance policies and MTC’s DBE and SBE programs, procedures and software systems specifically working with internal and external parties to develop goals, monitor utilization, enforcement, and annual / as-needed reporting.Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper compliance and reporting in regard to grant requirements.Ensure compliance with provisions of applicable state and federal laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines; and perform a variety of professional duties in support of DBE, SBE, Title VI, ADA programs, and prevailing wage requirements, including representing MTC to internal and external stakeholders, public and private organizations, and others in matters pertaining to DBE, SBE, Title VI, ADA, and labor compliance. Present information regarding MTC’s DBE and SBE programs at proposer conference meetings for all agency procurements. Provide training, technical assistance, and resources to contractors/consultants, agency staff, and others as needed on program requirements and post award contract administration.Research, develop, prepare, and present written and oral utilization, demographic, and/or program reports.Prepare and submit various agency, federal, state, and local reports and documents related to utilization of subconsultants, compliance activities, DBE, SBE, Title VI and ADA programs.Consult with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and other departments/external parties as necessary in the implementation of compliance programs.
