About the Customer Service Representative Role :
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. This role will be at our Front Desk as well as our Cancer Center.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule :
Sunday 8a-6p, Front Desk
Wednesday 7a-4p, Front Desk
Thursday 8a-6p, Cancer Center
Friday 8a-6p, Front Desk
Compensation : Starts at $18 / hr 15% Shift Differential on the scheduled Sunday
What You'll Do
- Providing a warm and kind first impression to clients and pets.
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing client inquiries.
- Updating patient records and maintaining accurate client information.
- Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as processing payments.
- Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital.
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
