What You'll Do as a CSR I :
As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.

Responsibilities include :
Providing a warm and kind first impression to clients and pets.Communicating professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing client inquiries.Updating patient records and maintaining accurate client information.Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as processing payments.Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital.Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What We’re Looking For :
A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.Basic knowledge of small animal medicine, medical terminology, and procedures (or a willingness to learn).Proficiency with computers and phone systems.Comfort being around animals and working in a pet-focused environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.What MVA Offers You :
