Our new, state-of-the-art 6,000-square-foot facility is just a short drive from Metropolitan Veterinary Associates (MVA). The hospital features five exam rooms, a surgery suite, and ample treatment space to provide exceptional care to pets in need. Our goal is to improve the patient and client experience by reducing wait times and offering high-quality urgent care in a stress-free environment.

In addition to urgent care services, our location benefits from a team of specialists, including a boarded surgeon, internist, and radiologist. This collaboration with MVA ensures seamless communication and care for patients, making a positive impact on our community.

What You’ll Do as a CSR I:

As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a warm and friendly first impression to all clients and patients.
• Communicating with clients and the medical team in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
• Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and scheduling app ointments effectively.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
• Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as payment processing.
• Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the front desk and lobby areas.
• Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent care.

• Basic understanding of veterinary terminology (or willingness to learn).
