About the In-Patient Care Technician
We are looking to add to our growing hospital and are in search of a In-Patient Care Technician to join our team. You will provide compassionate care for hospitalized patients preoperatively and postoperatively, perform treatments, and assist with diagnostics for in-house patients. You’ll work closely with our veterinary team to ensure each patient receives the highest standard of care throughout their stay.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5am – 3pm and Saturday 6am – 4pm
Compensation : From $20 / hr
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and care for non-critical patients
- Assist with inpatient diagnostics
- Prepare and manage patient recovery from anesthesia
- Prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Communicate with clients, and team members (verbally and written)
- Fear Free handling : safe, stress-free interactions for team members, clients, and patients
