Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and site supervisor to install cabling safely, efficiently, and effectively per job requirements, industry standards and building codes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working.
- Help ensure excellent job productivity by relaying task hazards, status, and completions accurately and timely.
- Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling for HVAC systems.
- Possesses a positive safety attitude and high level of personal integrity.
- Places a high value on workmanship, customer service and satisfaction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work is performed while standing, walking, and climbing.
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, reaching, kneeling, and balancing.
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. with no assistance.
- Requires being around moving machinery, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
- Work is performed in indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Ability to use a ladder extensively.
