Our Employee-Owned Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generator Lead Technician/ Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of generators for commercial and residential buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installation work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Wage is dependent on experience.

- Supervise a team of generator install technicians and ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with county inspectors and other departments to ensure that all installation work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure that all installation work complies with local building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure that all installation work meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Keep detailed records of all installation work and maintain an accurate inventory of materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation and perform repairs as needed.

- 5 years of experience in installing generators, with experience supervising a team of installers.
- Strong knowledge of power generation systems, including electrical, mechanical, and natural gas and propane systems.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to generator installation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training preferred.
