Sr. Solution Architects are highly integrated and strategic technical leaders designing the technical future of our organization. They work closely with MetroStar's leadership, executive, and technology communities to shape how we evolve our support for our customers and their missions. As a data-minded Technical Fellow you will serve as a bridge between our Solutions Excellence, Growth, and operational leadership teams. You will research, design, and develop digital services and solutions that synchronize capabilities, capture activities, and client engagements to create differentiation. This is a highly diverse role that requires the ability to pivot and surge to support operations and growth goals.

What you’ll do :
- Maintain a pulse on MetroStar's current and future portfolios.
- Engage across the operations, growth, and solutions excellence teams to craft technology strategies.
- Contribute to top tier account plans and strategic opportunities.
- Develop white papers and pitches that support operations with organic growth.
- Provide hands-on customer delivery and support across a wide variety of technical areas.
- Partner with MetroStar’s internal Research & Development team to identify new and innovative use cases for AI / ML, DevSecOps, and software development workloads.
- Serve as an industry SME speaking at events and publishing thought leadership pieces.
