Are you an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in developing compliant, high-quality responses to government solicitations? MetroStar is seeking a Technical Writer to join our proposals team, where you'll work directly with capture managers, subject matter experts, and proposal managers to craft compelling narratives that showcase our solutions and help us win government contracts. If you're adept at translating complex technical information into clear, persuasive language while adhering to strict compliance requirements, we want you on our team.
What you'll do :
- Work on all sections of government solicitation responses, from resumes, to past performance, to technical and program management volumes.
- Work closely with key personnel and subject matter experts to interview and extract proposal narratives and translate those narratives into plain language, proposal content
- Analyze government solicitations and craft compelling narratives in response to government solicitations
- Integrate win themes, value adds, and narrative themes within technical write ups to help the team go evolve from compliant to compelling
- Edit and standardize content from other writers (i.e., ensure content has one voice, is consistent between volumes)
- Partner with proposal contributors across the company to ensure key content deadlines are met and align to proposal schedules
