Summary Job Description: The General Ledger Accountant (“GL Accountant”) will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents. Their duties include entering financial data and transactions into the ledger, reviewing, and reconciling accounts, managing sales and use tax accounts and generating financial reports. This role will assist with various other accounting, reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
Primary Tasks: The primary tasks of the GL Accountant are below:
- Prepare and enter financial transactions in general ledger
- Manage, maintain, and input expense allocation tables
- Ensure operating accounts are reconciled in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations as requested
- Prepare and submit sales and use tax reports in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain financial import files between technology platforms
- Assist with various treasury management and finance tasks
- Assist in preparation of month-end financial statements
- Assist in preparation of various monthly internal management reports
- Provide customers and partners with an exceptional experience
- Assist Controller and CFO with projects as needed
Required Skills:

- Understanding of the Office 365 suite of products
- NetSuite experience a plus
Compensation: Salary plus commission pay. $60,000-$80,000/year.
