What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at MetroTech Automotive?
MetroTech Automotive is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns. This position will help promote our company’s products and services, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals. The Marketing Coordinator will work with our two major companies, MetroTech Chemicals and Dealer Prep Services Inc., to accomplish our company goals.
Responsibilities & Duties (included but not limited to):
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels like email, social media, website, and print
- Write and edit marketing copy for website, social media, email newsletters, press releases, and other promotional materials
- Maintain and update company social media accounts, engage with followers, and monitor online conversations
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess campaign success
- Collaborate with external vendors like designers, printers, and our marketing agency to execute marketing initiatives
- Manage the relationship with marketing agency partners
- Support the organization of marketing events like trade shows and product launches
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- POS development preferred
- Ability to write compelling copy and effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong team player, results orientated, and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives
- Organizational and time management skills
