Field Service Technician for Commercial HVAC Systems

This role entails conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and rectifying issues with commercial HVAC systems, including controls and chilled water systems, at various retail customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
• Install, fabricate, and connect various HVAC components, including compressors, condensers, and control panels.
• Execute tasks in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Manage inventories and requisitions for materials and supplies necessary for each assignment.
• Interact professionally with customers and collaborate effectively with management and dispatch teams.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of commercial HVAC experience or related military experience.
• Valid EPA certification.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Professional appearance with sound computer and internet proficiency.
• Dedication to safety, punctuality, and organizational skills.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and frequently climb extension ladders.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant HVAC experience.
• Required EPA certification.
