Job Description:
As an MSP Dispatcher / Client Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for client service requests and will be responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and assigning tickets to our technical team. You must balance urgency with efficiency, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective support.
Responsibilities:
- Field incoming client service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Assess and prioritize tickets based on urgency and business impact
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate their schedules for maximum efficiency
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and the internal team
- Track ticket progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Identify recurring issues and escalate when necessary
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while keeping a cool head
- Assist in refining dispatch processes to improve response times and efficiency
- Handle inventory for service tickets, including receiving, processing, and expediting parts to ensure timely service
