The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing. They will also have effective time management and prioritization skills, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Supervise staff, delegating tasks appropriately and providing guidance and support when needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
