What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operating Room Nurse position at Metrowest Medical Center?
This role provides direct clinical patient care at Metrowest Medical Center. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care of assigned patients on a per shift basis. This includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
The nurse is responsible for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
