Job Summary:
This is an outpatient physical therapy position located in the Wellness Center.
Our team is seeking a full-time physical therapist to work with our rapidly growing outpatient facility.
We offer flexible schedules, including no weekends, and the opportunity to create and implement specialty programs.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Function as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation.
- Respond to physician orders for physical therapy, administer and interpret tests and measurements of patients, and review patient charts and progress prior to treatment.
- Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations, develop, improve, and restore functional mobility, and seek clarification of physician orders as needed.
Requirements:
- Required: Bachelors, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Preferred: Previous experience in the outpatient setting is preferred, however, new graduates are welcome.
Certifications:
- Required: State Licensure.
