About the Role
Evaluate, plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients based on principles and practices of physical therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and interpret tests and measurements to assess patient progress.
- Review patient charts and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Develop functional goals in collaboration with patients and families.
- Restore functional mobility to return patients to their highest level of independence.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
