Job Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff and ensure high-quality nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring safe and appropriate nursing care.
Requirements
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- CPR certification.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
