Job Title

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.

The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated and accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school is required. An academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree) is preferred.
• Certifications: Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, in the state of practice, or policy; CPR is required.
