Job Description
This role involves providing direct clinical patient care. The nurse will assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients on a per shift basis. They will also supervise staff to ensure that care is delegated appropriately. The nurse is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
The nurse must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and be able to serve as a role model and advocate for the profession of nursing.

Qualifications
Education
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
Certifications
- Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy; CPR certification
