We are seeking a dynamic full time Director of Changemaker Initiatives to lead our team of dedicated youth development workers in creating impactful programs that drive workforce development, after-school programming, and sports and recreation. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of youth development workers, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Design and implement innovative programs that inspire youth engagement and leadership.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to expand resources and opportunities for young people.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and outcomes.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment for both staff and participants.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in youth development, program management, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in youth programs or community engagement.
