- Expert Installation: Provide expertise in product installation.
- Educational Background: BS Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in mineral processing equipment, preferably related products.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills are a must.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM (Salesforce), AutoCAD, and SAP software is a plus.
- Communication Pro: Excellent communication skills, drive, and performance orientation.
- Client-Focused: Strong client skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and understanding customer needs and market requirements.
