Introduction

We are seeking a Global Order Coordinator to join our Metso Aggregates Global Order Management (GOM) Americas team. You’ll be delivering great customer service, ensuring seamless order execution, and facilitating the timely transportation of our advanced machinery to customers and distributors. In this position, you will report to the Manager of Global Order Management.

This position is mainly located in Brookfield, WI (USA) or Burlington, ON (Canada), and we are happy to offer working arrangements like hybrid schedules.

You will join a team of Global order management experts committed to delivering seamless order fulfillment who are committed to enhancing customer satisfaction that work to optimize order processing and reduce lead times.Our team culture is a lively mix of experienced professionals who pursue growth, development, and forward-thinking, and we take pride in exceeding customer expectations through proactive, understanding, and transparent communication. The members in our team are located in Brazil and US.

What You’ll Do :

Customer-Focused Service : Provide attentive, customer-first support, delivering solutions with effort and professionalism.
Order Precision : Manage order receipts, reporting, and processing in SAP, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Consistent Communication : Build reliable relationships with distributors, the Metso sales team, and our global supply chain network.
Swift Solutions : Tackle order-related inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Global Collaboration : Work with internal stakeholders to guide seamless operations and fulfill business goals.

Who You Are :

A continuous improvement mindset, with an enthusiasm to enhance processes and create efficiencies.A collaborative and diplomatic communicator with effective listening skills.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, or Logistics, coupled with extensive experience in customer service, order execution, and logistics (including machinery transport).

Familiarity with S4HANA SAP is beneficial.

Solid industry insight into manufacturing and customer service.

Great communication skills in English (knowledge of Spanish is beneficial).

A motivated personality and the ability to handle various tasks smoothly.

A wish to advance, improve, and surpass expectations.
