Introduction :
We are seeking a Site Account Manager, Inside Sales to join our sales team. You will be responsible for providing office-based Services sales and sales support for customers with no assigned dedicated Site Account Manager. This function will build and follow up the sales funnel (in SalesForce) and close the maximum number of cases for allocated site accounts. In this position, you will report to Senior Manager, Site Account Management.
This position is mainly located in Hibbing, MN.

What You’ll Do :
- Know Your Customers : Dive deep into understanding our target customer base, including Metso’s and competitors’ installed base. Identify and address their short-term needs, focusing on our existing products.
- Craft Winning Proposals : Leverage your knowledge of Metso Services’ product and offering portfolio to create compelling proposals that meet customer needs and win sales cases.
- Grow the Sales Funnel : Analyze customer data (sales history, equipment aging, visit reports) and use focused campaigns to generate leads and build a robust sales funnel.
- Lead Management : Handle the pre-sales qualification process and manage leads efficiently.
- Collaborate for Success : Work closely with other functions to secure purchase orders and ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.
- Follow Up and Close : Keep track of quotations and proposals, secure sales, and transfer larger value cases to regional sales teams. Close cases early where no value can be delivered.
- Ensure Smooth Handover : Complete required sales handover documentation and ensure won deals are set into progress seamlessly.
- Stay Compliant : Adhere to sales processes, proposal guidelines, and risk management procedures.
- Communicate Clearly : Keep customers informed about product news and provide valuable feedback to the organization.
