Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Rep to join our team. This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience. Here's what you will be responsible for:
- Use excellent communication skills and best practices when interacting with customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Develop understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- Responsible for customer follow-up and closing deals.
- Achieve sales goals and quotas.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred.
Other qualifications include:
- Comfortable making and receiving calls and talking to new people daily
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with existing and potential customers
- Persuasive and goal oriented
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
