Metz Culinary Management is hiring Caterers at our Erie Insurance location! Candidates must be friendly, approachable and customer service minded. This position requires employees be able to work independently. Must be able to prioritze, multi-task and keep a level head during high volume business times.
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking hospitality driven individuals to join our AMAZING Catering Team!

Catering Team Members create, transport, setup, serve and breakdown banquet-style food displays with unforgettable hospitality and guest experience focus. Our catering events range from small casual business lunches to extravagant black-tie events.
Catering Positions Include:
- Bar Tenders
- Servers
- Drivers
- Cooks
- Operations (set up/tear down)
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is desired and a SMILE is required!
Requirements:
• Experience desired but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
• Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
