Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Food Service Resident District Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. This position is a prominent opportunity in a busy multi-outlet setting and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations. Multi-outlet experience is a must . Extensive background in Contract Dining Services such as hospital, university, resort or corporate dining setting is required.
This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and driving business development to enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to effectively manage resources and improve overall performance.
