We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all food service activities
- Oversee resident meal service and resolve issues
- Document temperatures for food and equipment
- Train and manage kitchen employees
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet food service needs
- Adhere to all food and equipment safety procedures and sanitation regulations
- Support the Cafe by working in the area when the retail manager is off
- Set-up and clean-up special functions
- Participate in QA/PI activities for the department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- ServSafe certified
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
