Responsibilities of this position include
- Daily internal & external building rounds and inspections
- Changing HVAC filters
- Touch up painting and minor drywall repair
- General landscaping
- Assist in running fire drills and other safety procedures
- Running and testing generators
- Inspect building equipment to ensure safety standards are met
- Identify and fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Complete work orders assigned by the department manager
- Other department tasks as assigned
Requirements include
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Valid driver's license
- Applicable experience
