THE COMPANY:

We are Casleo Corporation, dba Global Meals, a well-established and growing company providing home delivered meals to the elderly in communities throughout Ohio. As the Billing Clerk your efforts will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of meeting the nutritional needs of the older adults we serve by providing them with globally sourced healthy, delicious and nutritious meals.

THE POSITION:

• Responsible for the packing of meals, accompaniments and other items as directed and as specified in a consumer’s care plan
• Responsible for fulfilling all prescribed “Daily Work Tasks” as instructed by the Warehouse Manager and/or supervisor
• As needed and as instructed by the Warehouse Manager and/or supervisor, assist with loading meals into delivery vehicles
• Assist in meal count and secure food for any changes when needed
• Assist receiving, warehousing, and distribution of meals as needed
• Responsible for reviewing product, including expiration dates, and removing and bringing expired items to the attention of the Warehouse Manager
• Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Monitor food temperatures daily during storage and packing into delivery vehicles
• Assist with inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• Maintain a clean and sanitary warehouse and a work area clean and free of trash and cardboard at all times
• Any other duties assigned by Global Meals

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• In addition to being passionate about what you do and dedicated to our mission and vision, Billing Clerks with the best chance of success will need:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Team player, able to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate clearly, including the ability to read and write
• Be comfortable working in coolers or freezers as necessary
• Must have ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Work Environment:

The work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment with wide variations in temperature, constant moderate noise, occasionally tight spaces. Work is done in close proximity to others.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Fulltime, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm work schedule
• 13 days of PTO per year
