What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Litigation Paralegal position at Metzger Rosta LLP?
Noblesville law firm is looking to hire an experienced litigation Paralegal. The candidate must have significant litigation experience.
The paralegal will work with a team consisting of a litigation partner, several associates, and other administrative staff. They will be responsible for performing multiple tasks including, but not limited to : answering discovery, filing documents with the courts via electronic methods, drafting pleadings, preparing and managing non-party requests, drafting correspondence and client reports as well as other documents for attorney review, assisting attorneys with day-to-day case management including scheduling meetings, communicating with clients and other counsel, calendaring, preparing medical chronologies and spreadsheets, and assisting with preparation for depositions, hearings, and mediations.
The candidate must be well organized and be able to maintain electronic files on large complex cases. Attention to detail is a must. Being able to work both as a team and independently is required.
