We’re looking for a strategic leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Product, leading Merchandising, Design, Product Development and Production Teams in building out the product roadmap and identifying short-term and long-term opportunities for growth.
This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of new product lines, seasonal assortment strategies, category growth, sourcing and pricing strategies to meet the needs of our consumer and deliver against strategic and financial company objectives.
This position requires a blend of excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills in addition to experience managing and building omni-channel product teams.

What You'll Do
- Develop, lead and communicate overall product strategy & roadmap for all categories across all distribution channels, leveraging data, market trends and insights to achieve company financial objectives
- Partner with Planning, Finance, Wholesale, Ecommerce and Operations teams to understand, influence and drive business objectives/customer needs, and identify category/product opportunities
- Partner closely with key functional areas to build a 360° go-to-market strategy including Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, Digital Product, Wholesale and Customer Experience
- Drive the evolution of new product concepts into achievable business strategies
- Lead merchandising, design and product development teams to build and execute upon product category roadmaps and brand strategies
- Build an integrated line plan framework to edit/assort product collections that both draw the customer in and drive results
- Identify product opportunities through regular hindsighting, incorporating macro trends, consumer research, cross-functional feedback and sales performance analysis
- Identify, assess and address in-season risks and opportunities to drive revenue and achieve financial targets
- Oversee creation of new product concepts, product designs, and line plans based on comprehensive knowledge of customers, brand and industry trends
- Lead Design and Product Development throughout the entire conceptual and commercialization process
- Develop and maintain the company sourcing strategy including vendor selection and evaluation, competitive sourcing and factory risk mitigation
- Prioritize product development projects in relation to the company’s strategic vision
- Deliver assortments that bring stories to life in a compelling and relevant manner for the target consumer
- Lead the development of a competitive organizational pricing strategy to drive financial performance across all categories
- Ensure that company deadlines are met in order to deliver product on a timely basis
- Empower and challenge department leads to drive category growth using data and competitive analysis
- Support pricing and promotional decisions in partnership with operations and finance teams to drive sales while improving margin
- Collaborate with wholesale team to develop assortment vision & channel strategy
- Support key wholesale account relationships
- Lead product team in using data to forecast trends and plan product assortments
- Deliver value creation, cost reduction and quality improvement while achieving category margin targets
- Drive development of analytical tools & reports to effectively manage performance KPIs
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience required
- Minimum 10 years proven leadership experience at a senior level
- Apparel industry and/or DTC expertise and background preferred
- Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to a influence others
- Successful track record of influencing and decision-making at multiple levels
- Strong business acumen with ability to anticipate risks and identify contingency plans
- A self-starter mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proven track record of building, training, and developing high performing teams
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while maintaining financial discipline
- Ability to travel globally and domestically as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required

Salary : $233,750 - $260,000
