Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Business Operations Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator supports various human resources programs and activities to maintain a positive work environment for our employees. The Human Resources Coordinator also partners with several leaders in the business to support key programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Serves as primary point of contact for employee concerns, suggestions and complaints, escalate to leadership team accordingly
· Oversee Payroll Process including time and attendance and leave tracking
· Oversee recruiting and onboarding process, including maintaining job postings, applicant tracking, phone and onsite interviews
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR Records
· Greet all visitors and facilitate correct sign in procedures as well as direct all incoming calls to the facility accordingly
· Monitor general inquiry inbox and escalate accordingly
· Support Sales initiatives through sample request program
· Support Safety Program through incident tracking and corrective actions
· Support Quality Program through monthly locker inspections
· Support special projects throughout the facility as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Platforms (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or similar experience
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
· Ability to walk throughout production facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
