Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Shipping & Receiving Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator accurately ships finished good product and receives raw material while maintaining accurate records of shipments. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator assists in maintaining accurate inventory in the warehouse.
This job is Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; work 36 hours paid for 40.
Responsibilities:
· Support shipment of finished good product to customers, including, transportation of finished good product from the production facility to the offsite warehouse freezer
· Support receipt of incoming shipments at both the offsite warehouse facility and production facility
· Support production team by supplying them with the necessary material to produce (including raw ingredients and packaging material)
· Retrieve unused material from the production team and return to the proper storage location
· Maintain a neat and organized warehouse and freezer
· Communicate shipment details with Customer Service & Sales Support on shipment details
· Maintain and store accurate shipping records in company ERP System
· Assist in inventory cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods
Skills:
· Ability to become Forklift Certified
· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Able to work with ERP Computer Program & Microsoft Office Platforms (Word, Outlook, Excel)
· Ability to hold a valid Wisconsin Drivers License
