JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for new account acquisition, maintaining high client satisfaction, increasing client retention, and driving revenue growth by ensuring that accounts receive exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs. The Sales Representative confidently engages with key decision-makers at the store level to influence purchasing decisions and increase brand visibility. Additionally, this role involves taking orders at the point of sale and efficiently processing them using an iPad.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Target liquor/package stores and on premise accounts for new business opportunities, including through local Class B Wholesalers.
- Build relationships with store personnel, create impactful displays, and promote a positive brand image.
- Execute brand programs, promotions, and schematics in alignment with company initiatives.
- Maintain full SKU distribution, reorder inventory, and ensure shelves and displays are stocked and aligned with standards.
- Negotiate additional product space, present regional programs, and secure store-level flyers.
- Present new item opportunities and ensure proper tagging, rotating, and placement of POS materials.
- Collect and process store replenishment orders that require that service
- Audit retail stores to address issues and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Support special projects for brand programs in regional chains, customers, and distributors.
- Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Complete accurate reports, paperwork, and recaps, and information request from our products at point of sale as required.
- Travel daily within the assigned territory.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of the industry preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs that support corporate initiatives
- Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to interact across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Financial understanding and acumen
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- This position requires attendance at local meetings, local travel and occasional out-of-town travel
- 21 years or older
- Maintain a valid and current driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED required
