Located in Houston, TX, Morales Beverage Group seeks a Wine and Spirits Sales Consultant for the Pearland and League City areas. We have a competitive compensation package with a wide range of benefits for full-time employees.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Wine and Spirits Sales Consultant role focuses on building strong relationships with retail accounts, driving sales growth, and representing premium portfolio of wines and spirits with professionalism and passion. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of wine and spirits, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in retail sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
- Conduct regular visits to accounts to ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and promotional execution.
Sales Execution :
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Introduce new products to retail accounts, driving incremental sales opportunities.Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorders to prevent out-of-stock situations.Merchandising and Marketing :
Ensure all products are displayed in line with company and retail standards.Implement marketing programs, including displays, tastings, and promotions.Provide product education and training for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales.Reporting and Analysis :
Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions.Deliver actionable feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and opportunities.BEHAVIOR & COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS
