Job Description
Mexican Bar Company, which was recently awarded Best All Around Restaurant & Best Mexican in Plano, is seeking to hire a bilingual floor & bar manager with a strong foundation in hospitality and willingness to adapt to our concept. Must have 5 years hospitality experience minimum, however we do not need it all to be management experience. We want to invest in this candidate by training them to work within our operation and systems. Most important traits are a deep understanding of hospitality, outgoing, self motivated, work ethic and the ability to learn, adapt and grow.
The 108 acre property we are located within starts a half of a $Billion renovation this year, so exposure for our concept will be exponential for the remaining 14 years of our lease. We expect sales to double in 2026 and want to continue our focus on a strong and devoted management team. Compensation is competitive but growth potential is the key to this position for someone who wants to embrace a restaurant hospitality career and lifestyle. We also have a different concept opening in Spring of this year in Downtown McKinney and our Second Mexican Bar Company in Spring of 2026.
We are located at 6121 W Park Blvd at the restaurant District just north of Neiman Marcus parking garage facing Dallas Tollway. Our ideal candidate additionally should be self-driven, punctual, hard-working and a leader.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week, however the majority of hours will be on the weekends. Compensation depends on your work ethic & experience.
