- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the Aloha POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as catering or banquets.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to create custom cocktails based on customer requests.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with guests.

- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications for alcohol service.
