Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for steering recruitment efforts for all non-exempt personnel.
- Answers routine questions from employees about various HR-related topics.
- Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained and updated.
- Assists with new hire orientation for all employees.
- Maintains confidentiality of all exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Completes miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in Spanish and English is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) the Internet.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
