Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with potential leads and existing customers, promoting our products and services effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities and support inside sales efforts.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote new offerings.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met promptly.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
