We employ approx. 30 people in an entrepreneurial environment. This is a hybrid, part-time position and we are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated individual who is interested in a new job opportunity or is ready to rejoin the workforce. We are seeking a candidate for the long term, not on a temporary basis, and applicants must be based in the US.
The Position
The Client Service Representative will be focused on our Travel Insurance products, and should have a friendly, patient, and kind phone manner, as we work one-on-one with customers to explain the features of the travel insurance offering. There is no cold calling required; we are not a call center.

Primary Responsibility
- Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective travel customers
- Prepare and send travel quotes
- Assist customers purchasing and updating Travel Insurance Plans
- Computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Possesses excellent communication and listening skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask with a willingness to adapt to internal operational processes and systems
- Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a big plus
- Should be a legal resident or US Citizen
